This Privacy Policy describes how Compliance Agent uses information obtained through Google APIs.
Compliance Agent uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the Gmail API to send automated compliance reports and related notifications from an authorized Gmail account.
The integration requests only the Google permissions necessary to perform the configured Gmail functionality. Google authorization credentials are used to allow the automated workflow to send email on behalf of the authorized account.
Google user data and authorization are used only for the functionality described above. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
OAuth authorization credentials required by the integration are stored within the privately operated, self-hosted automation environment used by Compliance Agent. They are not intentionally exposed to end users or made publicly available.
Google user data is not sold. Access is limited to the systems and services necessary to operate the authorized email workflow.
A user may revoke the application's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
